are looking for an outstanding Digital Designer and Web Developer
to create, enhance and develop websites, landing pages, e-commerce,
rich media digital ads and email, as well as provide support for
SEO and other creative projects that pertain to digital marketing.
This person will assist with integrations across various tools and
digital properties as well as help drive future growth and
innovation within our digital marketing practice while managing
deliverables for today.
This position will work closely with internal teams – Creative,
Account, Project Management and MARCOM – on the conceptualization
and implementation of strategies and campaigns for our clients
across digital and social media, website and email, while ensuring
integration with the overall business marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
-3+ years of digital design and development experience in
a fast paced Digital Agency environment
-A killer design aesthetic and solid understanding of
advertising and marketing principles with special emphasis on
digital marketing
– Presents a strong design portfolio showcasing a variety
of digital and interactive
projects-including but not limited to: website design, design
for email marketing, rich media and banner ad design
-UX/UI design and best practices, responsive design and
mobile UX/UI
-Ability to create wireframes and/or design web page
comps
-Superior knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite particularly
XD, along with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
-Ability to take Adobe XD artwork and layout into a
functional website, landing page or HTML email
– Cutting edge design that sometimes requires animation,
moving graphics, and is elevated for the modern user
– Experience building HTML5 rich media ad units
– Experience in planning, execution development and QA
phases of web projects
-Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify,
WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
-Proficient in Wordpress including building custom
themes
-Experience with other CMS platforms is a plus (Hubspot,
Sitecore, SiteFinity, etc.)
-Email design and implementation (Hubspot, MailChimp)
-Work with 3rd party and custom APIs to pull in data and
create integrations
-Expert proficiency of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
(jQuery); PHP, ASP, and/or JSP also beneficial
-Expert understanding of the latest and legacy browser
capabilities, including mobile
-Familiarity with version control (GIT)
-Experience troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility
issues
-Strong understanding of standards and coding best
practices, including Accessibility
standards for web design and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance rules and
regulations
-Ability to work independently and efficiently within a
small team environment where design and production are a
collaborative effort
– Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
all levels of team members
-Excellent concepting and presentation skills; Ability to
create structured logical user
interface design, solve complex problems with wireframes prior
to execution and present ideas clearly to internal and client
stakeholders
