Remote Graphic Designer (Anywhere nationwide)

Ajilon is seeking a Graphic Designer for a contract position with a real estate client. As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for working with Brand Serve and doing back end work that is designed and preparing In-Design to go into the marketing system. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of professional-level experience required in marketing/creative/graphic/web design within an external or in-house agency, has a friendly demeanor and is highly professional. Please note this position is in-person with all COVID-19 safety precautions in place.

Description * Execute design solutions as directed against established creative, or repurpose existing designs and artwork for new uses

• InDesign file organization and InDesign XML markup and tagging of new and existing templates
• Upload of customizable assets into marketing applications
• Creation of client facing page for templates through marketing application
• Prepare production-ready files to the appropriate production specifications
• Work with product team/vendors to troubleshoot and problem solve production issues on files and marketing application template pages
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Skills And Knowledge Requirements * Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat

• Knowledge of advanced InDesign functions including but not limited to InDesign XML markup and tagging within application
• Intermediate understanding / background working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTML5
• Ability to interpret and implement client changes to artwork during proof cycles
• Ability to project manage/traffic their own workload
• Maintains high quality standards despite pressing deadlines and always strives to do work right the first time

Experience: * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Graphic Design/Web Design/ UX/UI

• Or graduation from a technical degree college program plus equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional-level experience required in marketing/creative/graphic/web design within an external or in-house agency
• Adobe Certification in InDesign a plus
• Portfolio or samples of previous work required

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
