Purpose: In your role as a Graphic Designer, you will work in a small, close-knit team of Marketing professionals to create and produce print and digital marketing materials in support of Burkhart’s marketing and communication activities. You have a collaborative team approach to design, seeking out feedback from others to ensure your customer’s vision is brought to life. In addition to your strong graphic design skills, the key to your success is in understanding the right balance between business, design, and serving our brand’s purpose for our mission and customer needs.

What you’ll need…
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
5-8 years of web and digital/print design experience.
Hands on experience in offset printing with various paper types, color printing, prepress, and digital printing as it relates to graphic design.
Experience in creating infographics.
Preferred Additional Education and/or Experience:
Experience in advertising, digital marketing, social media, magazine production or copy writing.
Dental industry experience.
Experience with email blasts.
Experience with branding and event planning.
Knowledge of setting up multi-page documents using stylesheets and master pages.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $70,000 annually.
