How You Will Make an Impact
- Be part of a small, specialized team working on diverse projects from beginning to end
- Work on new product/feature designs and improve them through iteration and feedback from teammates and users
- Design fast, simple and efficient mobile app user experiences
- Bring strong opinions on iOS and Android
- Work with product managers to define requirements and with engineering to ensure the design vision is executed
What we’re looking for
- An online portfolio showcasing your work and experience
- At least 4 years professional experience building native iOS and/or Android products
- Knowledge of mobile design patterns
- Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, XD or similar
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Produce design prototypes and specifications
- Design systematically (with best practices in mind) and contribute to shared design library
- Raise bar for quality by providing/soliciting feedback from other designers
- Willingness to “get your hands dirty” and work closely with engineers to “get it right”
- Animation prototyping is a plus

- Our web applications are built primarily using Ruby, Rails, Javascript (Vue.js), and a bit of Golang
- Our data engineering stack run on Python, MySQL, Spark, and Airflow
